Molly McDonnell
Office Manager
Molly McDonnell is the Office Manager at Veda House, where she bridges the gap between administration and clinical care to ensure every patient’s experience is seamless and well-supported. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, with minors in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Experiential Leadership, providing both clinical insight and strong organizational skills.
Molly’s role centers on coordinating patient care, managing scheduling, overseeing specialized services, and problem-solving to make sure each client’s treatment journey is smooth. She is inspired by the opportunity to support patients behind the scenes, connecting them to resources and solutions while fostering an environment where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with loved ones, creating art, exploring ocean life, and finding beauty in the little things. Her personal motto is “shine your light,” reflecting her belief in recognizing and sharing one’s unique gifts to create a positive ripple effect in the world.
